2024 TEAM SELECTIONS
Welcome to Club Cactus Juniors Volleyball Club! We will be hosting our annual Team Selections in November for our competitive volleyball teams. Prior to the Club Volleyball Tryouts, we host a series of Informational Meetings and Open Houses to prepare all prospective athletes and for families to get to understand what is offered during the club season.
Player Evaluations Information
In order to allow athletes and their parents the opportunity to become educated about different clubs and find the right club for their daughter to attend tryouts and participate for the season, the Arizona Region has established an Open House Period prior to the start of the official Tryout Dates.
CCJ will offer this evaluation period where potential players can attend a practice setting to see what we’re all about and what to expect from our coaches. Players and parents may talk to the Administrative Staff about what we have to offer, meet the coaches in their age group and see the practice location of the club.
The club will also evaluate the players’ skills and physical abilities to let them know how they might fit into the CCJ program for the club season.
Team Selections Information
Team Selections, or Club Tryouts, are held over two weekends on the official commitment date based on the Arizona Region of USA Volleyball for the respective age groups. All prospective athletes must attend the tryout sessions on these days to be offered a position on a team. A club cannot offer any position or contract prior to the official dates.
